Make your players feel like the big leagues with Gametime Announcer. With Walkup songs*, specialty songs and player announcements, everyone will know who is stepping up to the plate.

This version of the app is perfect for schools, city parks, tournaments and showcases and even travel teams who want to announce lineups of both teams.

A new feature allows user to select a Live Announcing mode which turns the app into a great ballpark DJ app so you can do your own announcing over the sound system. Press a button to drop the volume of the music so you can talk over it.

All aspects of the game can be announced including the starting lineup, pinch hitters, courtesy or pinch runners, the score, upcoming batters in the next inning and even announce and play the National Anthem.

The app protects from inadvertent or accidental sounds from occurring during the baseball game.

General announcements can be typed in and instantly announced to the audience. Unlimited announcements can be added and used throughout the game.

Six types of specialty songs can be queued for special music to be played for home runs, hit-by-pitch, mound visits, walks, special effects and pump-up or rally moments.

With our built-in song editor, you can select any portion of the song* to be used as the walkup song. The song editor can also be used to shorten the intro and/or outro of songs in the playlist. You only have a couple minutes between innings, so our software lets you get to the part of the song you want to enjoy.

The software allows for lineups with any number of batters and a maximum roster size of 40 players per team. Additional player position designations for designated hitter, extra hitter and extra outfielder are also available.

* THIS APP DOES NOT USE Streaming Music from services like Apple Music or Spotify. All songs used in this app for walkups, specialty and playlists MUST be purchased through iTunes or downloaded mp3s.
